MEET BOBBY KINZY  

Bobby Kinzy is a Florida native.  As a child he lived in Atlanta Georgia for 2 years then returned to Florida and lived in Live Oak for several years attending Suwannee High School.  He later moved to Tampa and attended Chamberlain High School.  After a tour in the United States Marine Corps, he moved to Pasco County in the late 60's. He celebrated a 35 year career with a local utility company, attended Pasco Hernando Community College, and has been married to his wife Mary for 33 years.

Mr. Kinzy is running for Sheriff, because he believes that Pasco County is ready for change.

Bobby is an American Red Cross Instructor, an Industrial Safety Institute Instructor, and a member of the National Safety Council.

Mr. Kinzy is an avid outdoor enthusiast.  He loves and appreciates nature and has a strong sense of responsibility when it comes to protecting the environment.  Mr. Kinzy is also a 4th Degree Black Belt in Karate.  

Bobby Kinzy is a common man, with uncommon strengths and abilities.
He stands for integrity, honesty, loyalty, and truth.  He has decided to run for Sheriff of Pasco County, and he asks for your support. 


Some Objectives

  • Develop clear, effective communications between internal departments
  • Nurture reasonable and professional communications with the County Commission
  • Implement Community Advisement Committee
  • Nurture an attitude of understanding and respect with Pasco's youth
  • Foster an atmosphere of trust and understanding with a willingness to achieve mutual goals for ALL employees.
  • Work closely with state agencies on crimes against the elderly or infirmed

Who is Bobby Kinzy? 
He's a man who believes that "Pasco County Demands Solid Leadership.”

Bobby is not a politician, he is not a disgruntled ex-employee, he is not a narcissistic person. He has no axe to grind, or friends to reward.

What he is, is a strong organizer and team builder with an uncommon amount of common sense and fair play. He was also a 35 year member of the AFL-CIO, and served as both a Steward and Chief Steward.
